Step 3
Your first set of aligners will be fitted and you’ll be shown how to look after them. You’ll see us every 6-8 to weeks to make sure treatment is on track.
A) This depends on a few things like the complexity of your case and how often you wear your aligners. We would determine the length of treatment before your aligners are ordered and generally treatment can last 6 to 9 months with results visible in a matter of weeks.
A) The aligners move your teeth by applying gentle force so some people do feel a bit of discomfort for the first few days of wearing a new set of aligners. This is a sign that your aligners are working and moving your teeth to their new position.
A) Yes – you can keep eating and drinking your favourite foods. The aligners are removable so you can eat and drink as normal, then brush your teeth before putting your aligners back in.
