New Patient Exams
Good oral hygiene means more than just brushing and flossing. It is essential to have regular dental check-ups and professional dental cleanings to properly take care of your teeth and gums.
As part of your new patient examination with your dentist, we will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums and mouth. Where appropriate x-rays will be taken to help determine and diagnose oral problems that would otherwise go unnoticed.
This examination will diagnose any problems you have whilst helping you to prevent further dental problems.
Step 1
Book an appointment online or by ringing our friendly reception team.
Step 2
Your dentist will run through your medical and social history before performing a thorough examination of your teeth, gums and mouth.
Step 3
Your dentist will run through their findings and present a treatment plan to help keep your mouth healthy.
A) You should see the dentist every six months to ensure the dentist can monitor your oral health.
A) X-rays will only be taken if the dentist deems them to be clinically necessary.
A) Yes! Our dental plan includes two examinations a year.
A) Brush your teeth for twice a day for two minutes on each occasion as well as flossing.
