Whilst there are many whitening solutions available in the market, only your dentist can legally provide you with the concentration of bleach required to whiten your teeth quickly and safely at home so you can see results in a matter of days.
Step 1
Your journey starts with a consultation with the dentist who will review your oral health and ensure you’re a suitable candidate for teeth whitening.
Step 2
Impressions are taken of your teeth to create your custom whitening trays.
Step 3
Your dentist fits your trays and provides instructions on how to use the whitening gels to start whitening your teeth at home.
A) Most treatments involve wearing your trays with the gels each night for a couple of weeks to get the desired result. You’ll notice a difference within days.
A) This is largely dependent on your diet and oral hygiene. You can go years without whitening again whilst others like to ‘top up’ their whitening more regularly. It all depends on the result you want to achieve.
A) Some patients may suffer from sensitive teeth but this is different for every patient. If you suffer from sensitive teeth, your dentist can offer alternative strengths of whitening. Tooth sensitivity does tend to stop once you’ve completed your whitening treatment.
